Great seafood. Really good quick stop over for lunch. Lobster roll with bacon and jalapenos and clam chowder. Both excellent. Parking holds 6 cars pull in and wait. Be patient. They move quickly. Professional and friendly. Greet you at the door. Worth a visit as a destination.

The best little seafood place to buy everything you need. Excellent quality. Next time you’re in the area stop in. It’s a hidden gem.

Best fresh fish around. Will only use Cold Harbor fish when I am making Poke pr Sushi. Frozen crab cakes are excellent and make a great quick dinner

Well, let me tell you about this place, I moved to Enfield about 4 years ago from a NYC size city (GDL-MX), first time when I hear about the store long ago, i asked to the owners a full red snapper with head and bones yes, lol, people sometimes asked me what I do, I leave some photos (serrano pepper mango scallop ceviche, cucaracha unknown fish, lol dont remember the name, and cucaracha octupus), the owners are amazing people, they are friendly, will start a conversation and will recommend, and mention the discounts, I personally say that will take a lunch there but always miss it, place is really popular and the food is fresh and amazing! If you want to pick up a lobster roll or some fresh fish, Cold Harbor is the place to go in the area. It's really astonishing that you have such high quality two hours away from the ocean. The lobster roll features large pieces of meat in a quality, top-split roll with nicely butter-toasted sides. It's the best lobster roll you're going to find within a two-hour radius. The shrimp po'boy has nicely seasoned shrimp that are grilled to perfection. In Louisiana, you're more likely to find fried shrimp, and this is a nice difference for a lighter sandwich. The bread is tasty, but not what you'd get with a more traditional po'boy. Overall, darn tasty. The fresh fish is of very high quality. If you like tuna or swordfish, get it when they have it in stock. Their scallops are always dry-packed (i.e. fresh, never frozen, and not treated with chemicals to make freezing better). Their soft-shelled clams are purged for you and better than any you can find in the area. Their pre-made items are great too. I particularly like their spicy seaweed salad. Their crab salad is delicious. If you're looking for great seafood and you're stuck inland, go to Cold Harbor. You won't be disappointed.

The lobster roll with mayo was great!! We also got the crab cake sandwich which was also super good. We're from Minnesota so there's not much comparison for our taste buds, but I'd definitely go back if we fly into Hartford airport.

Cold Harbor Seafood & Market is the best place around you will find for a lobster roll. The lobster roll contains huge chucks of lobster meat for only 18.95! They also have a great variety of fresh seafood to buy. I would highly recommended! The staff are always so friendly, especially the woman who cashes everyone out! She always remembers who her customers are when they come in !
